As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, fundraising is a vital component of our programs' - and thus our athletes' - success. Our registration fees typically cover insurance, field expenses, referees, EMTs and medic bags, concessions inventory, football equipment and helmet recertification, cheer choregraphy and music, and end-of-year gifts and celebrations...just to name a few.
In order to purchase additional items and equipment, it is imperative that we fundraise occasionally throughout the year to offset our out-of-pocket costs without having to raise registration too much.
This year, we hope to raise enough funds to purchase a few items off of our wish list:
- 23 new football helmets ($225-$275 each)
(We currently have 23 helmets that will expire indefinitely by 2025, so we need to work on covering this expense over the next 2 years) - New pads for our football blocking sled ($350 each, would need 5 for a total of $1,750)
- Landing mat/"crash pad" to help teach proper tackling techniques at speed in a safe manner ($1,000 each, would love 2)
- Football pop-up dummy ($500 each, would love 3)
- Indoor facility rentals for our cheer clinics/camps in case of inclement weather ($1,000)
- New megaphones ($50 each, would love 6 for a total of $300)
- New pink pom-poms ($22 per set, would need 80 sets for $1,760 total)

2023 Fundraising Activities We have a Fundraising Committee comprised of Board members and other parents to plan and execute fundraising activities.
